Our Return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Please retain the original packaging and packing slip in the event you need to return the item.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items that have been worn, washed, or do not fit because they are the wrong size cannot be returned. You are expected to review the size chart on our web site to confirm your measurements match the appropriate size before placing your order. You are also expected to read the garment care instructions on our web site or on the label inside the garment before washing or drying. Note that you should not iron our activewear.
We do not accept returns if you are unhappy with the print colors or artwork. We attempt to represent our products accurately on our web site, but keep in mind computer monitors may display colors differently than what is possible to be printed with ink. Note also that the artwork on the garment may enlarge slightly when worn because performance fabric will stretch over your body.
Additional non-returnable items:
Please do not return your received items back to us before contacting us via email. We need to confirm if the item is defective or damaged when it was received. Send us an email with the Shipment Order Number which can be found on the packing slip, a photo showing the damage or defect, and a description of the problem. Send your email to Charmaine@charmainedesigns.com. Please keep the original packaging, product tags and packing slip for return shipment if necessary.
After we receive your return request email with photos and description of the problem, we will then notify our manufacturing facility of the problem on your behalf and log the complaint. Once we receive their response we will notify you of their decision to replace the defective or damaged item. If it is deemed defective or damaged upon shipment, the item will be replaced and re-shipped at no cost to you. If the item is to be replaced, note that it may require the same amount of time to re-manufacture the item. In most cases you will not need to return the damaged or defective item.
Refunds (if applicable)
If it is deemed necessary by our manufacturing facility for you to return the item for a refund, they will inspect the returned item before a refund will be issued. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund with a reasonable amount of time, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Charmaine@charmainedesigns.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are deemed by us to be defective or damaged. If you need to have the item replaced due to damage or defect, please send us an email at Charmaine@charmainedesigns.com along with a photo of the defective or damaged item, a description of the problem and the Order Number found on the packing slip. Please note that since our products are made to order, items that are deemed defective or damaged, will require the same amount of time to be re-manufactured and shipped.
We do not exchange items that are the wrong size. You are expected to validate your correct size and measurements before placing an order by referring to our Size Charts on our web site.
To return your product, please keep the original package and packing slip. Please email Charmaine@charmainedesigns.com BEFORE returning the item, as we must notify our manufacturing facility first so they can validate that it is defective or damaged and approve the return. Please send us an email with your Order number found on the packing slip in your email.
If the defective or damage item is approved for return and replacement by our manufacturing facility they may just replace the item without your needing to ship it back. However, If they request you ship the item back, you may return it in its original packaging with packing slip back to our manufacturing facility at this address: Charmaine Designs, 19749 Dearborn St, Chatsworth, CA 91311.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replaced product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
